How to File a Warranty Claim or Return
- Go to your Amazon account → “Your Orders”
- Find your Lasmex order
- Click “Return or replace items”
- Follow Amazon’s instructions for return or replacement
Amazon Return Policy
Amazon offers a 30-day return window for most products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, Amazon will arrange a free return and replacement or refund. For complete details, visit Amazon’s Help section on returns.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Lasmex products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is honored through Amazon’s returns process. If you experience an issue with your product after the 30-day Amazon return window, please contact us directly at support@lasmex.com and we will work with Amazon to resolve your claim.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, water, etc.)
- Improper use or modification of the product
- Consumable parts (if applicable)
